YNHH Outpatient Pharmacy Services

They ask for a 4 hour window to deliver medication, and show up long after, way too often. They're located 40 minutes away from me, and my oncologist can only give me my prescription through them. My insurance requires a signature from me to their courier, so I'm basically stuck for 6 hours on the day my prescription is delivered. I've called to discuss this issue with them, and they told me that they were very sorry, but - which is not a legit apology, and then go on to explain that I'm not the only one who they deliver to 🤯.....do they think I don't know that? And do they think that somehow excuses the fact that they had 4 hours to deliver, but somehow needed more time and didnt notify me? On more than one occasion? Come on!

Seriously EVERY SINGLE PERSON I've interacted with at this pharmacy has been just so polite, helpful and friendly. They could give classes on how to positively interact with people, especially in a service position. They answer questions thoroughly, you never feel rushed or like you're a bother when you speak to them. The previous reviews are spot on!

I just started a couple of months ago with Outpatient Pharmacy and they are the best. I don't have to worry about how I will pick up my prescriptions or when to refill them. They are organized and the staff is friendly. I am glad that I am a customer of Outpatient Pharmacy.

A wonderful pharmacy. I truly felt taken care of. The customer service is great: They would take the time to answer any questions I have, call when it is time to refill my prescription and schedule a delivery, and would also supply extra care supplies to use for my monthly injections free of charge.
