IF YOU ARE A PATIENT AT YELLOWSTONE DENTISTRY I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU SEEK CARE SOMEWHERE ELSE AND IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING BECOMING A NEW PAITENT WITH THIS DENTAL OFFICE, DON’T! I have had 6 month cleanings and checks up regularly with another office and had NEVER had any sort of dental problems, no pain, and no cavities. At my first dental visit in December 2024 they told me that I had a cavity. I was in complete shock but went ahead and had them fill it. It was tooth #18. This will be important later. I returned for a 6 month cleaning in June and then my most recent appointment December 29, 2025. At this appointment Dr. Lim looked at my x-rays and told me I had 3 cavities. He never once sat down and looked in my mouth or pointed out which teeth had cavities. I left in disbelief but la

I have really bad dental anxiety and hadn’t been in years. I was terrified and honestly very embarrassed. I started crying the moment I sat in the chair. Allie the dental assistant was incredible, so kind, calming, and never once made me feel judged. Even while waiting, I could hear Dr. Lim talking with another patient and could tell how genuine he is with his patients. The whole experience felt caring and personal, which I never expected at the dentist. If you’re anxious or have been putting it off, Yellowstone Family Dentistry is the place to go!

Allie and Casie are super sweet and attentive! So thankful I found Yellowstone dentistry, My son has anxiety but he was very comfortable during his cleaning!

Best dental office in Chico! My experience was great. Everything about my appointment was on point. Clean & beautiful office. Everyone had top notch customer service skills & were very professional. Dr Lim and he staff is amazing ! I have never felt more comfortable at the dentist and I have been in the field for years . I love how they all interact with each other, and it’s so comforting to have Dr.Lim and his assistant talk to each other during procedures . They are all a great team! Dr.Lim did all my sons dental work years ago when he was just a little one , and I never forgot his kindness . He is not only a great Dentist , but a great person.
