Yellow Springs Pharmacy

Pharmacist called me proactively and notified me that my insurance copay was much higher than paying cash. Ended up saving me ~$100. Very much appreciated!

They are people, delays happen. But they really do what they can to make it accessible to people who need it in the village. Their only draw backs are what every small business faces, supply chain and unable to rely on other chains to meet needs when there is a shortage. Their delivery service, their customer service and their work is top tier though. Please support small businesses

Super sad that the only pharmacy in town is completely unreliable and has some rude guy answering the phone. Boooooooo.

The pharmacy has been overstressed for months. The store is understaffed and today (7/14/25) the one employee left and locked the store 3 hours early. It just seems the store is headed to closure soon.

This place is horrible. They have rarely gotten an order right, they pretend they don't know you when you come in, even if you are there with the same insurance every month, in a small town. They discriminate openly. They have ignored the types of medicine prescribed by doctors, such as rapid versus extended release? They just give you whatever they feel like? Like, this place needs investigated, not just closed. Give a giant corporation your money before this pharmacy - that's how bad it is. Like please pay anyone else, because you probably need medical care, which this pharmacy does NOT offer!
