Ye relaxation

Just walking through the mall looking for a dress outfit for a wedding. I was then lured into a 20 minute chair massage. Not sure how it happened but I got in and was led to a massage chair, facing downwards. I figured, let me do this, since my back was feeling on the sore side. So my massage began…told my massage therapist to use more pressure (harder on the back area). Sadly, I was not relaxed. There was too much background talking going on between staff and passer-byers. Other types of massages were available. The one I just got was not worth $30 for 20 minutes. I doubt I will return.

Came here specifically for the chair massage. Saw some of the reviews, which seemed like hit and miss. Fortunately for me, I got a near perfect 30 minute chair massage from the lady out in the front. And she didn't up sell me or pressure me on the level of tip (I gave 20%, which I think is fair). There aren't a lot of places that offer a chair massage, with the exception of the mall. I'll be coming back hopefully to get the same quality service.

I’m in the military and was looking to get a relaxing massage. I decided to try YW out and see how it was since I was already at the mall anyways. This was my first ever “massage”. Throughout the whole session I did the 20 minute one for $30, I was not relaxed at all. The lady who was doing my massage was so rough with that it just hurt. There were some slight moments where it did feel somewhat “good” but overall it just hurt. The next day (today) I woke up sore on my back where she had massaged me. I would not go back again. I hope to experience a better massage elsewhere.

I was here a while ago while in school, and the service was so bad that I requested that Google maps put it on the map so I could give a bad review. They stand outside and try to lure you in, then they don't tell you when your time is up. For example, 30 mins for like 40 bucks. But then like 40 mins go by, and they won't let you up and insist you stay longer, then charge you for the extra time. Be aware of this scam, and go to a better massage spot.

The massage technique is very good and the environment is very comfortable, which makes my body relaxed and healed.
