Yazoo City Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center

John is coming there on today. So far everything is living up to Healthcare Center name. I am truly hoping they can get him up and exercises him aggressively because he will need all help from the staff. looking forward to see progress real soon.

My mother was a admitted here for therapy and enjoyed everything about her stay. She thought that the staff was friendly and helpful and that therapy really helped her to get moving again. She is home now but would absolutely have no issues returning if she needs to in the future.

Yazoo health and rehab (OASIS) is a place you take your loved ones to pass away quicker... Yes they have deplorable conditions, half cleaned sheets, patients are put in double diapers to keep from changing every two hours. the staff are a joke, leadership is a joke lazy supervisors who get paid for NOTHING 1st floor supervisor Shavonda Mcgee was at the desk i asked her can i have ice for my mother she walked right past the ice chest and said she would find an aid instead of getting it herself. Heather minchew the administrator is a total joke, she allows the behavior of looking the other way while patients are ignored and abused... Left in urine soaked diapers, one patient a male, was not fed his food and i could hear & see them asking who was supposed to feed him , other patients were not

My experience thus far has been awesome from the adm. Process to her 3 month stay. The nursing staff and Nurse Practitioner have met her health needs. The CNA'S have been awesome 1st staff is AWESOME thanks for meeting our mom needs.

If I could give this place a zero, I absolutely would. The Annex is entirely unacceptable. From the moment you enter, a terrible stench assaults you. This facility is uninhabitable for seniors. There are no housekeepers maintaining cleanliness, and the staff shows a blatant disregard for the health and well-being of the residents. This situation is utterly unacceptable and must be addressed EFFECTIVELY immediately.
