Though a bit of a hike from Portland to Aurora, I'd follow Heather anywhere. I've had people do good body work on me before, but Heather is amazing. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable about her craft and the human body, she is intuitive and has magical, healing hands. There is nothing standard about Heather's work as each and every visit she takes time to do an assessment for where you are that day and what you'd like worked on along with what she learns from her body scan. Though she's petite in stature, she is very strong yet one of the most gentle and caring humans. Best whole body massage I've ever had. Heather really cares about her patient's needs and preferences. Bed temp was perfect and blankets were very soft. She knew exactly how much pressure to use and I never felt like she was in a hurry to finish. I felt comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire appointment. Her room is clean and inviting. Listen, Heather really knows what she's doing. You should go see her. Such a relief to give her general needs and have her know what to do. Extra focus on comfortable and supported positions on there table, which helped me relax. Lots of quick checking in to ensure comfort, and lots of gentle silence to allow focus on the body. Good after-visit advice. Effective without being painful. I'd go every week if I could!
