After a skiing incident causing a pretty bad gash and a torn tendon, Dr. Basyuk preformed the surgery with utmost competence and incredibly professional bedside manor. This isn't his first rodeo. The wound is healing magnificently and we highly reccomend Dr. Basyuk for all of your orthopaedic needs!

From the booking till discharge everything was smooth and excellent . Friendly staff, clean place, easy access with plenty of parking , and Dr Bosyuk was superb. I give him 10 out of 10 . He is polite, listen to patient concerns , intelligent and knowledgeable. I will recommend him and the concord orthopedic to all my family and friends . All over , it was an amazing experience .

I saw Dr. Basyuk 2 weeks ago for surgery. He was very patient and kind explaining the surgical process, and what to expect post-op. He again visited me once I was awake to tell me how the surgery went. Today's post op visit was easy and efficient! Dr. Basyuk is a great listener, and is very receptive to questions. The post op plan was reviewed. If I have any questions going forward, I'm confident they will be answered.

I feel very dismissed by this provider. I saw him today due to a lot of pain I am experiencing from an old injury that has become arthritic. I have a joint in my hand that is not where it should be, to the point where I have had to relearn to write because I cannot hold a pen correctly. I was told that my hand x-rays match my other hand (you can literally see that one thumb is not where it is supposed to be with normal sight) and that there is no real issue. I was referred to the providers PT service and told I need an expensive brace and to alter my activities. This provider started the conversation telling me I needed surgery, it just doesn't make sense. Long story short, instead of receiving meaningful help I was referred to spend more money with this providers organization and told to

Dr. Bastuk was a good listener. He provided a seamless treatment that was amazingly less painful than the other doctor there. I am grateful for his excellent care. Thank you.
