Our family is pleased to recommend Yanceyville Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center, as a great resource for help & support. We have found the staff members to be exceptional in their various roles. We especially want to thank & commend Ms. Jessica in the Business Office. Her expertise has been essential to the entire process relating to Medicaid funding for our loved one. In addition, we are so grateful to Ms. Karen in the Admissions Office. She has been very responsive to any and all questions we have had and we so appreciate her professionalism and kindness, every step of the way. We truly want to thank each and every staff member who has provided various services for our loved one, especially the CNAs, RNs, Social Work Dept & Activities. I am very disappointed with this place and will seek further information my mother Rebecca's health rapidly declined from one visit to the next and if this is how people are being slowly euthanized it is disgusting! Everybody here should be ashamed of themselves and remember if you guys ever get to a point of need i hope you get the same treatment you give!!! There is definitely malpractice here! Its sickening.

I adore the staff here Tab & Leah work really well with the residents by making sure they are loved and making sure they have any and everything they need & treating them as if they were really family , I’d say if you’re looking for the right nursing home for your loved one this is the place to be .

My father is on the memory care unit! He was there for rehab and now there for long term care. I can’t express enough how wonderful the staff is here! They go out of their way to be sure his needs are met. I have been blessed to find a facility that he is taken care of. You hear horror stories about SNFs and I was scared- but this place is a blessing and the staff are ANGELS

I had a family member call this facility home for 3 years during covid, they handled that challenging time like a champ! Jessica in the business office and Caroline in social work were essential in helping me with all the admin stuff I was at a loss with. I could not have navigated that difficult time without them. There were also some standout staff on the floor that I'm so grateful for especially considering my loved one's unique needs..Tina, Linda, Milton, George to name a few. There were the physical needs yes, but the people that just stopped to talk, to smile, to listen or to meet visiting family meant the world to us:) She made some really golden friendships here too.
