I came in to have my crown replaced and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The Dr Paul krykhtin and Ilona his assistantIl took the time to make sure everything felt perfect and explained each step clearly. The procedure was quick, painless, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. The whole team was professional and kind I left feeling completely comfortable and very satisfied with the result. I have been a patient at your practice for over 10 years and have never previously had an issue or missed an appointment. Due to an unexpected situation, I had to cancel a cleaning appointment approximately three hours before the scheduled time. When I returned two weeks later for my rescheduled cleaning, I was surprised to be required to pay a $30 same-day cancellation fee. While I understand the purpose of cancellation policies, I was disappointed that no consideration was given to my long-standing history as a reliable patient. I paid the fee at the time, but the experience left me feeling that my loyalty was not valued. As a result, I have decided not to return to the practice. Hands-down, the worst dental experience, including A neglectful examination by the doctor missing multiple cavities on my 11 year-old daughter. Stay far away from the dentist. I will include an image taken the day of in the office. You do not have to be a dentist to see decay circled on the x-ray. My wife was not informed And was told there is nothing to worry about. Little did they know that I personally am a pediatric dentist with 15 years of dental practice underneath my belt treating special needs and the underserved in New York City. I highly recommend Yamato Family Dental. Doctor Krykhtin is the best dentist I and my relatives have ever gone to! We all have the utmost confidence in his experience and expertise. His staff is amazing and extremely qualified. Their care and attention is always personable and professional! When my sister's crown broke off below the gum line, she panicked because she was flying up north in a week. So we went to a dentist down the street from her house to see what could be done. She was told that her only option was for an implant and that they could start that day. I immediately called Yamato Family Dental. Dr. Krykhtin was able to see her right away. He put in a post and replaced her crown for less than $1,000 - saving her thousands!

If you’re in search for a neglectful Dentist congratulations you found your match. My suggestion to anyone Don’t touch this guy with a 50 foot Pole. Besides for being Hands down the worst dentist I’ve seen in the last 15 years practicing dentistry, clearly ignoring Multiple teeth with decay on an 11 year-old, a well-behaved 11 year-old, and when called out my daughter was discharged from the practice no apology no explanation just discharged for asking/stating the truth.
