On Valentine's Day 2026 was the day we had to say goodbye to my beloved Scrappy !! The staff and doctor was so warming and passionate as we let our fur baby cross over the rainbow bridge . We got a lot of time with him and was given step by step of everything they were prepping to do when they came in the room ..they made the heart breaking moment comfortable the best they could for us and scrappy !! I highly recommend anyone who has a pet to consider them..most loving and passionate staff I have ever came across ..thank you for making scrappy comfortable even more showing him the love and compassion you did during his cross over !!

I’m writing this so other people ask more questions than I clearly knew to ask!! My mom’s cat was brought in with what we believe was a bad leg and then we’re told was a thrombosis. He was dragging his back legs. We were given meds and I truly thought it would help and that he would improve. I trusted that..This animal was suffering, and during a dire emergency I was not getting call backs from Yale. Because of that, I called Sandusky Veterinary myself to ask for a quote and about emergency/end-of-life services. Later, Sandusky told us they had contacted Yale and that end-of-life services were offered. That was not true. I confirmed that directly. Because of the lack of communication &misinformation, time was lost while an animal continued to suffer. I didn’t fully understand how painful a

I have lived in Yale my whole life and never used a different vet. My poor puppy had hematoma and they got him in very quickly. The whole visit was less than an hour long and they updated me on everything that was going on. They were very gentle with my boy and I'm thankful for them!

Dr Magri takes very good care of our cats ofall ages, and very reasonably priced. I recommend this office regularly.

This community is so lucky to have this veterinary team. I was in the area for a vacation and my dog needed to be seen. The doctors and staff were welcome and very attentive to our needs. Thank you for taking care of Phoebe. I wish I lived closer.
