Yale-New Haven Hospital's Pediatric Dental Center

They changed the amount of seating so it was no where to sit. They are always late with appointments however the patient can’t be late more than 15 minutes. No one is the check in desk so you have to use the self check in most times.

Dr Spencer Robinson is fantastic! If you have a choice....choose him! The front desk and answering service and appt making folks are not good. They don't answer, and don't call back.

I left a comment earlier about how terribly I was treated in this place yesterday and how this miserable woman at the desk told me they couldn't even see me until 2027 which is absurd. They responded to my review and told me to contact them. So I called them at 11:30 a.m. this morning and of course I get a machine which tells me I can leave my number and they'll get back to me. Well here I am four and a half hours later and still no return phone call. So they don't help you when you walk in, and they don't pick up the phone when you call, and they don't call you back even after they tell you to leave a message promising to call you back.

It’s impossible to get anyone on the phone. Took over a year to get my son an appointment. After the work was done I called about 15 times to pay a bill over the phone. There was an error with my last name, preventing me from being able to pay online. I could never get anyone on the phone and NEVER received a return phone call. They sent the bill to collections instead of calling me back.

The dentist aren't terrible it's the front desk and scheduling. My daughter has been going for years and it takes a year to have an appointment. I called to make one and they said the only opening they have is 8 months out! This is not the first or second time. It's super frustrating. Don't ever have to call. I've called so many times over the years no one ever answers no one ever returns calls. I've had to go down to the office to handle all the business that should just be a phone call. Finally decided to switch dentist and I can't get them to send my daughter's information. Had to go down in person weeks ago and still nothing. For them to have Yale infront of their name they have to do better.
