Warning for Expecting Parents: Proceed with Caution I strongly advise anyone who is pregnant and planning to deliver at Yale New Haven Hospital to seriously reconsider. There are cases where newborns have been wrongfully separated from their parents without proper justification. The emotional and psychological trauma this causes is devastating, and families deserve transparency and respect not fear and confusion during such a critical time. If you choose this hospital, please come informed, ask questions, and do not assume your rights will automatically be protected. I am speaking out because others deserve to know the risks that are not talked about openly. Accountability is urgently needed.

I had to have a MRI done for the second time . The first time I went to a different location and it was very traumatic. This time I went to this location and had Jamie and Maria do my MRI and It was amazing . They talked me through every step and made me aware . I was able to get the procedure done with no panic attacks . I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location for MRI

Devine St Yale is the BEST place to go for Multiple medical needs!! It feels a bit Home/y in the Lobby/waiting area, Carpet, nice Couch-like seating, quiet, and Everyone is So nice, and polite. If my Doctor orders X-Rays, or MRI, or ANYTHING i have them sent to Devine St Yale.

I brought my mom here yesterday for a colonoscopy. Everyone was friendly from the guard at the door to all the clinical staff who helped her in the back. She kept talking about how nice everyone was, she had some good conversations about music and TV, which I'm sure helped keep her mind at ease during the stressful time. I work in healthcare and even that little bit of connection to a patient can mean so much. Thanks for that. While everyone there was awesome, the gentleman working at the front desk on the third floor was absolutely exceptional. I was there in the waiting room and listening to his interactions with patients and his colleagues. One patient came off the elevator with an oxygen tank in tow, and immediately he was asking how her level was and got her a replacement tank while

Been here twice for mamograms. Treated softly and taken good care of. The jelly is warmed, the bathrooms smell nice. Small things like that really put you at ease. Impressed and appreciative
