Yale New Haven Health Urgent Care Wallingford

I had the first appointment of the morning, one that I made easily online and same day. I did the paperwork on my phone and it actually transferred properly so I did not need to provide anything besides a signature to consent to treatment. The fact that they are a part of the Yale system is also great as I am an existing patient of theirs and all my records were accessible. They took me in quickly and my concerns were addressed with compassion. I'm hopeful the medication that I was given will help with my current issue. I would recommend this location and would go again if the need ever arose.

I was able to get an appointment asap. The staff were very attentive and considering. I had a small inconvenience at the pharmacy. I called and they be able to help me in just couple of seconds. Thank to their service. I’m much better today. Bless you. Please keep your excellent service.

I’ve visited this facility twice. Both times the front desk has been friendly, the nursing staff fantastic, and the PA listened to my concerns and explained the options clearly. I have done both walk in and made an appointment and I never waited for long to be seen either way. Great place.

The front desk, to the nurse and the PA they were all AMAZING! I have 2nd degree burns on my forearm & hand and was so nervous from a bad experience at a walk-in up the street but the team took extra good care of me. 10/10 the PA was so kind and caring and made sure I was very comfortable before starting and through the whole procedure. They went above n beyond and changed my thoughts about healthcare. It's now the only walk in I will be going to and will recommend them to everyone! Thank you all, you're truly appreciated!

I was pleasantly surprised! The facility is new and pristine. The staff was the finishing touch on a pleasant visit to this office. The receptionist was polite and helpful. The assistant was professional and efficient and very kind. The PA was absolutely wonderful showing concern and a high level of understanding and expertise on how to explore my symptoms further with various testing to figure out just what was going on with me. I am grateful to my primary care doctors office for the. Referral to this Yale Urgent care office. I would STRONGLY recommend this facility to my friends and family!
