Yale New Haven Health Urgent Care Norwalk

The wait time in the waiting room was about 10, which is normal. I was a walk in I did not have an appointment. Which most people are walk ins. However, after having my vitals checked, they forgot about me, my wait time in that room was over an hour. When the doctor came in, said my test was negative and I am good to go. That should not have taken 90 minutes. Everyone else was already treated and left they were about to close. It’s always a disrespect when things like that happen. The service was normal, they did their job, they just forgot that I was there.

Daniella R , Karen L , and Shakyra L were amazing , and professional. The PA Zapata was really nice and knowledgeable. Very patient too. I will always go to Norwalk , don’t know why I would go anywhere else. Thank you for caring.

I was incredibly pleased with all aspects of my experience. From the intake person to Dr. Cynthia Vanson and the X-Ray technician. Each individual was just terrific in providing excellent care, comprehensive analysis and great follow up. 3 Cheers and 5 Stars!

My visit was very good. I had made an appointment and was taken on time to an exam room. The nurse took vitals and the doctor came in shortly afterwards. She was very professional, diagnosed my condition and prescribed medication which was available immediately after my appointment.

2nd time I've gone and happy with both visits. Friendly, clean, updated equipment, professional, caring and responsive. Both times were an emergency, I got quick care and a good diagnosis. Submitted the prescriptions right away to my pharmacy. I would not hesitate to recommend or go back.
