I had gone in 9 days prior with cough, aches, lethargy, congestion, and fever. The medical assistant actually didn’t take my temperature but the PA did when I told her this. The fever was 101. She told me I had a virus or cold (tested negative for flu and Covid), ordered an xray (lungs were clear) and to come back in a week or so if the cough didn’t improve or worsened. This was after I shared my concern about having flu two years prior, being told a cough was common after flu, and it developed into pneumonia, chronic cough, and an xray that showed tree and bud opacity damage in my lungs, prompting being under the care of a pulmonologist for six months, until the cough finally went away. I started experiencing my symptoms the night before and visited HHC Go Health Urgent Care at 7:41pm. I was turned away because I had no appointment and was told they had no openings. There were no patients in the waiting room and all the staff were standing around and the receptionist had her coat on ready to leave even though it was not yet closing time at 8pm. I had my wife take me back home and she took me to your office the next day Sunday November 30th out of concern because my symptoms got worse. Everyone was wonderful. From the receptionist to the medical assistant to the attending physician were extremely warm, personable, welcoming and genuinely helpful. This is the third or fourth time I’ve had Kristen for a provider and she is absolutely AMAZING. She never makes you feel rushed and truly listens to your symptoms. Her medical knowledge has also always been spot on. I will definitely be returning to see her in the future. Thank you for such a positive experience!

All personnel at the Yale New Haven walk in clinic were friendly, polite and efficient. I was treated for something in my eye and the PA was so kind and helpful and did a thorough analysis. Her treatment immediately stopped the pain. I would definitely recommend the clinic in Manchester.
