I'm extremely dissatisfied with my experience at Yale New Haven Health. The process of getting assistance is overly complicated and time-consuming. It takes an inordinate amount of time to speak with a representative, only to discover that they lack the authority to resolve issues. Instead, they direct you to online forms that are cumbersome and difficult to navigate, leaving you wondering if your concerns are being addressed. Furthermore, it's nearly impossible to get a status update on your requests, leaving you in a state of limbo. The organization's lack of responsiveness and transparency is staggering. There is a reason they have a 2.2-star rating..They literally cut & past the same non-specific generic response to patient complaints. This is a perfect example of how the organization

Connecticut for a short vacation and end up at Yale New Haven health and what a Superior experience, I was in and out within an hour And feeling 100% better. The staff was friendly and caring . Nurse Practitioner Nicole Was amazing . !!!!thank you to everyone there!!

I needed to have two doctor appointments set up urgently for pre-surgical clearance regarding an injury. All I could ever get is an “answering service” (in the middle of the day) that supposedly was leaving messages with the Dr offices for them to return my calls but never did I receive any calls. Thank heavens for the Hartford Healthcare system that connects you to an actual human being who works there and is knowledgeable and able to direct you immediately to the appropriate office, or I wouldn’t have been able to have my surgery within the necessary time frame. I would give one star, but I’m factoring in for the orthopedic resident in the Yale ER the night of my injury who gave me very excellent care.

Oncology office nurses do not respond patient’s requests at all. Made phone calls many times but no response at all. I do not comprehend how this neglects are overlooked at Yale Medical Center. Practicing doctors do not know their staffs tardiness treating sick patients with malignant disease? It is a shock for me to find out this facts here in New Haven as a physician who practiced surgery for over 40 yrs at NY Metropolitan area !!!your office should remedy these sickness immediately.

When I went to check inn my appointment was cancelled due to my doctor going away on vacation but I didn't get no notice of it. Ms.Haadeyah Umrani went up & beyond her way to make sure I got everything squared away👍🏾 She was very sweet & professional
