Yale New Haven Health - Blood Draw Station - New Haven

Would not recommend. They are completely incompetent. Not only did they not follow my doctors prescription and run the wrong blood test on my 16 month old, there is also somehow no record of my insurance info which I gave them! They are charging me a bill because it states I have no insurance! It's also basically impossible to get in touch with anyone to correct these issues. Someone from patient services did help me initially, but I was told I would not be billed anything at all and I am still getting a bill. I tried calling patient services and the customer service line multiple times. I'm a working mom who also works in healthcare and I don't have time to play phone tag all day. This is ridiculous.
