Yale Medical Group Physical Therapy

(I'm reviewing building 48 the orthopedic section, idk if that's this but I tried to find the right one on here) My mother waited almost an hour (55 minutes) to be seen. Lady at the window went to lunch with a bunch of people still in the waiting room. What if one of us had a question like "when will the doctor see my mother who is in pain?" Someone should have taken over for her (people couldn't make appointments either). I understand people have to take lunch but the window shouldn't be unattended with people still waiting for their doctor or at a place people can walk in at any time. Don't schedule someone for a certain time if you're not going to take them until almost an hour later. This is one of the longest times she's had to wait. Other people had been waiting over an hour too pro
