The location of the pharmacy is very accessible, garage parking lot is available and I always have a good experience dealing with the staff there. Pharmacists are very helpful and nice to everyone, fast service and medication is available. Thanks for your services .

This is arguably the best pharmacy in CT and definitely in New Haven. The pricing and the service are excellent. There can be long lines on occasion but it moves quickly. Of note, this pharmacy is for Yale employees and their families that are part of the Yale Health Plan.

The staff is indeed nice and helpful but the lines can be atrocious. There really should be a system where when there’s more than 15 people in line or the line or almost out the building that the back should stop and help or something. Or perhaps staffing should be increased during high volume months. 30 people in a slow moving line really ought to be unacceptable.

Best pharmacy ever. Even when lines are long it's 1/2 as fast as other Rx retailers.

The system has not been updated at all. Ex. My doctor increased my dosage last month. The system has not caught up even though this is the 2nd refill of new dosage. I go through this every single month. The PHARMACY IS SO INEFFICIENT FROM THE FROM, BACK , MANAGEMENT & Pharmacist.
