XpressMed Urgent Care

We are from out of state visiting family and our son caught flu for Christmas. This urgent care was recommended and we had a good experience. The staff were friendly. The waiting room was large and there was a bathroom. The doctor took their time and the test came back for FLU A. They took our insurance and the wait though about 1.5 hours was expected because their were three people waiting ahead of us. I would recommend this urgent care to anyone unfortunate enough to need one. The exam rooms were cleaned between each patient and everyone was masked and professional.

We were from out of town and my grandson had an emergency. We searched for an urgent care and this was the closest one. It was closed when we arrived. Web site and door had hours posted to be open.

Had a pleasant experience with 2 of my little's here! At the front desk was friendly and seemed to know what she was doing! Nurse was efficient and friendly, and the Dr was great with the kiddos! It was our first time here, However the great experience will have us back, as well as recommend this far!

Came into the office a 3:37 pm for a COVID test. It is now 5;28 and still haven’t been seen. The wait time is horrible and they stop testing at 630. But they were quick to get my copay when I got here. I will never come back here. And I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else.

The doctor and staff is nice but they claim little to no wait time we were the only patients in the whole place and it took them over 40 minutes to call us in the back
