Xpress Wellness Urgent Care - Hutchinson

We had a great experience last night with my 5 year old needing stitches. The staff were so kind and he was not scared at all with them. Very grateful for their care!

They got me in quick, addressed my issue time efficiently. Staff from front desk to back un the office areas were all super kind and helpful. A great place to visit when in need of non emergency care. Loved that they are open on Sundays!!

They really got me in quick. Although I signed up online and I wasn’t in the computer. She moved me to the front of the line and I was very very grateful! She had a great attitude and was very calm and peaceful! They got me checked out with vitals right away. And the nurse came in and took care of my needs. Asked a lot of questions and got me set up for medication.

Quick, in spite of online systems not working correctly, doctor took the time to explain things, very important to me, I was nervous about that. They were understaffed, literally two people the nurse and the doc, but still I was treated like I mattered, and my experience and comfort were important. Got out and pharmacy was closed, next morning my pharmacy didn't have record of any prescriptions, got on the phone to xpress UC, had to wait until they opened, and within one hour of opening, my pharmacy was texting me telling me my meds were ready for pick up. Copay was the same as my insurance charges always. I was relieved it was affordable. And they have great plans and flat rates for those without insurance. Signs are up at the front desk. Glad I took a chance on this place.

I liked the staff, all super friendly, polite and professional. I understand it’s limited staff so it’s always going to be slow and appointments come first, but I was there two hours for a work physical with only 1 person in front of me ( got there at 1130~) and one person showed up an hour later with an appt at 1230. I know that’s not the staffs fault I just wish there was a way it could be faster and true to the xpress name… than that I enjoyed my experience.
