Xpress Wellness Urgent Care - Guthrie

The visit was quick. The people were friendly. I received a diagnosis and treatment that were appropriate for my issue. The only issue was the online check-in did not appear to take any of my information, so I had to remember and repeat my drug list and my prescriptions were not sent to my preferred pharmacy, but an old pharmacy I had used with them in the past. Minor issues for a great visit and the only reason for not 5 stars.

I love all the employees that work here!!! They are always so kind and I highly appreciate both drs that are highly educated in what they prioritize in when it comes to caring for their patients. My daughter fell out of a swing and we came in yesterday on 09/17/25 and The care she received was 💯 percent. I was also in their a few days prior to this happening and found out me and my daughter had an infection and we were seen by the other woman Dr and we absolutely loved both of the doctors that we were seen by! Thank you for everything you both do to take care of our family to make sure we feel better!!! I highly look up to the both of you as Woman Doctors and the nurses and receptionists are so wonderful and kind!!! Thank you to each and everyone of you for your kindness and smile.

This was our first time using this clinic. It was great we have had horrible experiences with other urgent care clinics. They normally are rude and don’t seem to care. That is not at all the case here. The staff was courteous and helpful the provider was so nice and helpful. My family and I would recommend if you are looking for a urgent care to use come here.

Soooo slow. Checking in. Slow. Waiting to be called back- decent. Waiting for doctor. Forever.... It's hot and stuffy in the rooms and it didn't honestly feel clean. Took us over an hour to get a tetanus shot. No other patients were here. Stitches at the other urgent care in Edmond we were in and out in 30 minutes. An hour and ten minutes for a shot is not express.the doctors were nice but overall quality not great.

Checking in is a giant pain as its all done on your phone via their website thats buggy. They asked very invasive questions that have nothing to do with why me or my children are there. Everyone was polite, cordial, and knowledgeable, but after doing our strep and covid tests, they said theyd be back in 15 minutes. after 45 minutes we opened the door because the room was stuffy and hot, and about 5 minutes later the desk clerk brought us notes for school and told us to leave. We werent told the results of our tests because they forgot about us and went to lunch.
