Xpress Wellness Urgent Care - Garden City

I understand that the healthcare system as we know right now is kind of in shambles. I understand the stresses that our healthcare workers are under, but if somebody has an appointment and they’re having to wait almost 2 hours after their appointment time, you should not still be accepting walk-ins. If somebody has an appointment they should be able to be seen within at least 30 minutes of their appointment time I understand that there is very minimal staff working, but if that is the case, you should not be taking walk-ins, it should be moved to appointment only until those issues can be rectified because I had to wait almost 2 1/2 hours after my scheduled appointment time to even be pulled into A room now once I was pulled into a room the process was incredibly fast and efficient the nur

They are great!!! I walked in, I didn’t know you could make appointments. I waited 2 hours but that is really not bad, I waited longer. The NP was amazing. She was very professional and knew exactly what was going on. She gave me some medicine and I got up this morning and was feeling much better. Thank you for the amazing care.

The office visit took almost 3 hours because we were not checked in. If I wouldn’t have said anything God knows how long it would have taken the lady to check on why we were still sitting there waiting to be seen. She was so confident in her work she was about to have a sandwich until I stopped her and questioned why “doctor name” was taking so long and it was because that doctor wasn’t even in the office seeing people that day. Here is where she finally realized her mistake and fixed it but it took her two hours to be told what the problem was in order to get the problem fixed!

The receptionist needs to improve 100% on being friendly, smiling and being much more helpful! I have been in there many times but this time the receptionist said to me that I had to answer the messages on my phone that she had sent me and I needed to put all my information in. I had no idea until after I had completed everything that since I had been there last the system was completely new and had no information at all on me. If she had of said that right from the start it would have been nice because I had no idea why I was having to put everything in again.

Everyone was nice the wait time was a alittle long with a 4 year old. Maybe having a TV with pbs kids or some sort of kids learning would help time go by. But other than that I really felt comfortable here and they took care of my 4 year old daughter very well.
