Xpress Wellness Urgent Care - Broken Arrow

My son was seen at Xpress. The staff was amazing. Facility was very clean. Allison at the front desk was very friendly and helpful completing the paperwork. The ladies in the back were very attentive. Heather was very sweet. Got in and out and taken care of without waiting too long. Would definitely recommend!

The staff was amazing and patient. I went a couple weeks ago, and the lady up front was very helpful with my new patient paper work. While there was two patients in the lobby being loud and being jerks and ranting about how they didn’t want to check in online, but the staff was very patient and took care of all patients. As someone who hates going to the doctor, this will be my new urgent care after seeing how great and patient the staff was, which is a rather rare accommodation these days.

Clean waiting area , Staff is friendly and attentive. The wait here is around 15-20min . Be aware everything is done online now !

Today was my first time using Express Wellness and I was very pleased. The receptionist Kim was very pleasant and professional. I was not familiar with how to make an appointment and she was a big help to me. Kim was very patient and helped me through the process. Thank you Kim for your service and kindness.

Please don’t go here, the wait times are horrible 3+ hours. I wish I had read these reviews before going - please just go anywhere else but here. I made an appointment and it made no difference. The wait time was the same as if I had just walked in. I went for myself but I would NEVER in a million years take my kids here, so if you have kiddos please go to a pediatric urgent care!
