Xpress Urgent Care - Port St. Lucie East

First time at an urgent care only because my physician was not available. I registered and the kiosk showed my appointment was in 4 minutes. 45 minutes later i get put in a room to wait another 20 minutes. Came in for a simple ear infection and they gave me a COVID test. Next time i'll wait till my doctor is available.

I am writing to express my concerns regarding the care I received during my recent visit to your urgent care facility. I have been a patient here for over nine years and have always valued the service provided until now. During my latest visit, I encountered Christina A. Locke-McDonald. Unfortunately, I felt that the interaction was rushed and lacked proper communication. Christina did not offer me the option to decline a COVID-19 test; instead, she informed me that she would proceed with the test and conducted it quite forcefully. Additionally, I was prescribed the same over-the-counter medication that I had already been taking, without consideration of my symptoms or my input. When I expressed feelings of dizziness and a significant headache, I felt my concerns were not adequately addr

I highly recommend this Urgent Care. They are very efficient and quick. They also have exceptional bed side manner. From the front desk, the office manager, and the providers. I would definitely come back.

I’m so glad I came to this urgent care. The staff worked quickly and professionally. Everyone seemed like they cared. From the front staff, the doctor, and the office manager!!!! Thank you guys for all your help!!

the staff & dr were very kind, especially for being there on a Sunday! they got me in & out quick. also the facility was very clean. would come here again!
