Xpress Urgent Care - Kissimmee BVL

10 out of 10.. Front Desk clerk was very professional and friendly. The nurse was the best. I suffer from anxiety from the moment I came into contact with her she made me feel so comfortable... The Actual Doctor was definitely the Chef Kiss. Professional, kind, caring attentive straight forward.. I will definitely return... Well I hope not but if I had to see a doctor I would..Thank You!!!!

I want to thank the entire team for the excellent care I received during my visit. From the receptionist to the nurse and the nurse practitioner, everyone was kind, professional, and attentive. The service and the information provided were clear and helpful, and I truly appreciate the time each of you took to assist me. Thank you all for your outstanding service!

The front desk staff at this urgent care was very unpleasant and unprofessional. The waiting time is long, and instead of making patients feel better, the staff’s attitude makes the experience worse. It feels as though they are bothered by having to work or attend to people. Nurses were awesome. Still waiting for my prescription since yesterday!!!

Excellent caring staff. Brought my grandson here after spiking a high fever it was only 30 minutes before closing and they could not have been more accommodating and professional. They ran tests but did recommend he go to the emergency room for additional testing that they were not equipped to do. Can't thank them enough.

I am a new customer and here is what I thought about this Medical Clinic: - New customer form sign in process was fast and easy (digital form). - There were about 5 patients ahead but made it through within 20-30 mins of waiting. - Nurse & Doctor were nice and process went smoothly doing basic checkups. - Had a skin fungal/bacteria infection (was in pain. - Gave me correct topicals and antibiotics which are effectively healing me. I finally feel comfortable again. (Healing happened quite fast but following proper treatment plan). - Reception was very nice and helped me with anything I needed... Based on my experience, don't listen to the bad reviews. The entire process and experience was very nice. It is a 140 dollar fee if you don't have insurance.
