Xpress Urgent Care - Boynton Beach

You can't say enough good things about the staff here. I feel like they're nurse practitioners really care and really listened to my complaints. After the first visit my symptoms didn't resolve but when I returned I was happy to discover what the underlying problem is. I get in and out real fast never had to wait more than 15 minutes in the waiting room. I am coming from a different urgent Care that was okay but I feel the staff here is more knowledgeable in caring.

The doctor and nurses here were absolutely wonderful. I came in feeling extremely unwell and anxious, and they were calm, attentive, and genuinely caring from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly, my symptoms were taken seriously, and I felt truly looked after. The level of compassion and professionalism made a huge difference. I’m very grateful for the care I received and highly recommend this urgent care.

I had a great experience here. The staff is quick and efficient. The young lady at the front desk got me in their system and ready to go quickly! Marilena easily explained everything I needed to do and got me in and out in five minutes. Both girls were kind and made me feel at ease. I will Be back again if needed!

Save your money. I went twice - 30 minute wait the first time for a PA who may as well have been working on a mannequin - no help. From that, I got an appointment for an X-ray the next day. The Tech was 45 minutes late to the appointment. Was told I’d get same day results; but no such luck. Still have not heard from them. Xpress Urgent Care are three words that do not apply here. Avoid.

I always have a great experience here! Front desk is warm and compassionate, medical assistants are super sweet and the provider is very through and professional. I will only come to this urgent care after bad experiences at others because i always know I will get the best treatment here
