Exceptional Bodywork and Healing Beyond Massage! I can’t recommend XMT highly enough! This is so much more than a regular massage — it’s truly complete bodywork and personalized healing. After injuring my knee marathon training, I came discouraged and defeated, I was hoping for some relief and left with a real path toward recovery. Xavier doesn’t just focus on the muscles — he combines techniques like cupping, scraping, rolling, stretching, and detailed posture analysis to understand how your entire body is working (or compensating). Every session feels customized and intentional. What really stands out is his knowledge and care behind every move. He explains what’s happening in your body and why certain methods are used, which helps you feel more in tune with your own healing process.

Not exaggerating — this was next level. Super skilled, super precise, and just dialed in the whole time. You can tell he stays on top of all the latest techniques. It’s not just a basic massage — it feels advanced. And he’s just a real, genuine person. Good energy all around. Highly recommend.

First time i’ve ever had a massage done. I told Xavier and he explained how it works, gave me options regarding comfortability, and was very welcoming, transparent and casual. The vibe of the room was great and the bed was very nice! He also asked what issues i’m having and ensured to add some extra focus on those areas (lower back, neck and traps) More importantly, my back feels AMAZING. Between the massage, scraping, cupping, the pressure gun etc, I feel so loose and ready to go and I don’t feel like I could pull a muscle with one wrong move. You can guarantee i’ll be going back on a regular basis. 10/10 recommend!

I can confidently say that Xavier is one of the better therapist I’ve been to. He’s incredibly knowledgeable about different therapeutic modalities and takes the time to understand exactly where my problem areas are before beginning each session.
