Xceptional Dental - Janette Larsen DMD

Dr Larsen and her team are always the best! My wife and I have been going to see her for several years now. They are always "over the top" nice and professional. They have the best equipment and a very nice office.

I can’t speak to her dentistry because I couldn’t even get past her rude front desk. Faith was fine, but she was new & had to hand me off to Diane, the “office manager”. First, let me say that I’m deaf & it has taken about 3 months to get in touch with them for a sleep device. Finally, they call on the relay service saying they need my insurance cards & ID, so I drive there to give it to them. Since I am there & it’s been such a hassle to get this far, I ask them to schedule me. They say they have to verify insurance first, but I explained it’s a self paid insurance program & I know they are not in network, so it doesn’t need a prior authorization though I already had that & could provide it, they still wanted to make me wait. I tried to explain again, even saying I would be fine being boo

Outstanding dental team! Dr. Larsen has been our family dentist for many years. She is a top notch pro. Her hygienist Kelly is the best--bar none. Kelly is the only hygienist my husband has ever had praise for. And Diana, the office manager is incredibly kind, compassionate and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone without reservation.

Dr. Larsen is an exceptional dentist with an outstanding team. I have gone to the office twice during the COVID outbreak and I am impressed with the thorough commitment to sanitation. Gloria is the hygienist who exceeds expectations. She is personable, professional and caring. She is gentle but thorough in her technique. She provides advice for oral care in a positive and coaching manner. The office is also well managed. I really like how Dr. Larsen treats her employees. I believe they have daily huddles to preview the care of each patient so everyone is fully informed and engaged. It is a great practice.

Dr. Larsen and her staff are amazing! Our family of four has been going to them for years with cleanings every six months. They are always helpful, friendly and courteous. I could not recommend them more highly!
