I was seen and treated by Dr. Pace which was a pleasant experience, however that day he told me a necessary ointment would be ordered by him and that I would receive a call within about five days when it arrives; he also wanted to see me back within 2 weeks for a follow-up. I never received a follow-up call that the ointment was in, or to schedule a 2 week follow-up. I left four voicemails and have not receive a response. During this time, my condition worsened and I had to find another provider. I understand that delays can happen, but the lack of communication and follow-through is very concerning. Patients rely on timely updates and basic responsiveness, especially when treatment is pending.

Dr. Pace is Great. Super nice helped my planter fasciitis and also helped my daughter with her ingrowns. Have had horrible experiences at other places with big bills and not fixing the problem. Would highly recommend Dr Pace to anyone. Oh and he doesn't overcharge you at all

I went in to talk about plantar fasciitis which I have researched on Google and looked like there were no options other than some exercise. I’m glad I went in to see the doctor. Lots of years of experience; he was very helpful in guiding me into what to do next. He explained what I found on Google would not help me based on my personal situation. I trusted him based on his experience. He helped me with a couple of areas outside of the planters fasciitis. He was very complete in his visit with me. Just a down to earth good guy.
