I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Dr. Preetika Gupta's office. I left with a failed root canal that I now have to pay to get fixed elsewhere. During my appointment, I was shocked to see the dentist failing to follow basic hygiene protocols, such as not changing gloves between patients. When I tried to address the pain from the "inapt" root canal, they were dismissive. To top it off, they frequently pressured me to pay for services outside of my insurance coverage. This office is unprofessional, rude and unsafe

The best cleaning I’ve ever had. Dr Gupta was patient and very thorough. I can’t say enough about how excellent she is.

Awesome dental office. The workers are very polite and professional. I feel very welcome there. Dr HIGA always explains the procedure in great details. When working on your teeth he’s very gentle when working on your teeth. So I feel very comfortable as a patient under Dr HIGA.

Ive finally found my fav dentist! Dr Gupta is an very professional!! I did not feel a thing during my cleaning. She’s very good at making your visit as comfortable as possible with no pain.
