WVU Medicine Urgent Care

I can’t tell you how much I appreciate this facility. Last night 1/22 I took my 85 yr old father to the South Side Rapid Care. He had a bad ear ache. I dropped him at the door and then was going to park the car. A lady patient was coming out the door and helped him out of the car and into the lobby while I parked. When I got in the lady at the desk told us they were not seeing any adult patients. It was 7:30. She said we could go to the Emerson Ave facility. I was in tears and begged her. She said they had no where to put him. There was no one in the parking lot. There was another woman they turned away also. I ran to the car got my dad loaded up and raced across town. Today I brought my daughter in after school because she had a rash on her face. Turns out the dragon fruit that she tried at school caused the rash nurse. Isabella and Dr. Zach were amazing with me and my daughter. Thank you to everyone at this urgent care

I love that this facility shows the average wait time on their website. It helps you to know there best times to go. I couldn't walk, so they got me a wheelchair and assisted me the entire time. The nurses were very accommodating and helped me to arrange myself on the hard xray table, were very kind and gentle. One nurse even assisted with getting me back into my car and made sure that I was okay to drive. I will definitely visit here again. Thanks ladies for the very caring service

Im not even sure where to start. First off the front desk staff are rude. They could at least smile and act like they want to be there. Theyre not friendly at all. 2nd I 100% do not recommend Dr.Joseph Beall. I didnt even know his name until after I left and looked at my walk out papers. So no. He never introduced himself to me. He made me feel absolutely disgusting my 2nd visit here. Very belittling/demeaning man. I walked out with a huge lump in my throat, wanting to cry because of him and the way he spoke to me. I felt like I couldnt even speak to him with out him interrupting me. Ive never been treated like that by a Dr. My visit was for a urine culture. They dont read you the FULL test results. Had you told me the entire report on my results I could have been to my Primary care Dr ove
