Outstanding facilities and wonderful staff. Was given the choice to have my procedure performed at a hospital closer to home but chose to drive the extra miles to go to Thomas. Thank you Thomas Memorial for making my procedure pleasant and easy. Nursing staff is awesome!

Exceptional care to my husband. RN and LPN’s were amazing to us. He has a rare condition that we just found out about and they took great care. Timely with treatment and vitals. Handheld call that provides help when needed. Professional staff all around. Dietary visited each day to discuss meal planning. Clean and safe. Highly recommended and so happy we have these services close to us in WV! Interstate is close by.

Did nothing to help my Dad. They sent him home with home health nurse to give him antibiotic shots. She came one time and said they shouldn’t have let him go. So we came to CAMC Memorial and we are getting excellent care. They’ve already done more tests than Thomas and are trying to get to cause of the problem. We have talked to several Doctors already. At Thomas we talked to 1doctor over 3 days and nobody gave us any answers. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Also the ER is the worse than the hospital.

ICU Worst hospital of my life! 1. Ignoring husband call button when I had to call after 30 minutes on 3rd shift for help cause he couldn't get out of bed. I pointed out it's been going off for 30 min. They say they are watching HIS VITALS... his room was too hot he wanted to adjust his position cause he couldn't breathe. This is after heart surgery! 2. They sent his meds to walmart in summersville wv. Normally fine but snow storm we barely made it in time. They set him up with the most expensive life saving medication and we didn't have enough to cover it. Call hospital ICU and get told I have to call back in THE MORNING missing a important anti clot medication. (Brilinta) 3. In ohio you ask to talk to his doctor you get a chance to talk to his doctor. This place is an absolute joke. Arrived at 10 pm with my grandma and were taken back to ER decently fast. Sat in room for 5 hours. Was repeatedly told we would be told results of tests and no one gave results until they were asked step by step what the results were. The doctor decided to take an attitude with my grandmother because she is hard of hearing after telling her she would be admitted to the hospital. Was told she would be admitted 5 different times. Took 2 hours to be admitted. Right before being admitted to ICU we were informed that I could not stay the night with my grandmother or even stay long enough for her to be settled in her room because visiting hours were over at 8pm. If visiting hours were over at 8 pm, why was I allowed to be in the ER with her. I have never been told
