WVU Medicine Camden Clark Neurology

Casey is wonderful! My visit with her was perfect! I would have given a 4 star rating if it had not been for the nurse that went over my history and did my vitals. Not once did she make eye contact with me! She talked into her computer screen the entire time. She only looked at my arm long enough to put the BP cuff on. She never smiled, never addressed me by name. I was never made to feel welcome by her. In the middle of all of it she said "let's go", and took off across the hall, and changed rooms. No explanation. So unfriendly, and so cold! I'm an RN and I know we are not taught to treat our patients this way. Do better!

I went to my last yesterday and was good. Unless I have more trouble I do not have to go back. Their services were great and if I need them if I need too.

Staff was friendly while being professional. Casey was very personable and listened to me discussing my medical issues, what I have done and am doing to help myself medically. She struck me as being very knowledgeable when answering my questions. She put me at ease and appeared genuine. She didn’t talk down to me and tried to explain everything on a layperson’s level.

Casey took the time to explain possible treatment options in a way I could understand and answered my questions effectively. She has a very professional and caring demeanor.

This was honestly one of the most stress free visits to a specialist that I have ever attended. As someone with severe social anxiety, bordering on agoraphobia, I normally have a great deal of stress when attending any kind of appointments. This one, however, thanks to the incredibly kind and sweet staff, was a breath of fresh air! Everyone was e asy to talk to, understanding, and the information given was easy to understand, making sure I understood everything we talked about during my time there. It made the entire process so much less terrifying, and far easier to make the next appointment. For once, I'm not dreading a return visit to an office, which is incredibly rare these days. I cannot recommend them enough.
