Johnson enjoys his annual checkups very much here. The staff and Dr Schaumburg have all been extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about his health (and they have the best treats). He does leave there with an inflated ego because they all tell him how handsome he is… but we can deal with that. ; ) I have price searched in the past and they are competitively priced for this area. I called and left a detailed message on a Saturday explaining exactly the needs of my GSD, recently diagnosed with a fatal, progressive disease. Time is of the essence for cold laser therapy, which they have. It is now Wednesday evening, and I have heard NOTHING. Tricia is the only bright spot in this practice. I told her my situation, and she offered emotional support , and compassion. I'd really like to say what I think of this group of "professionals", but I have more integrity than this group of "caretakers". I would not recommend them to anyone, and in fact will do so. I have debated leaving a review as we had been bringing all of our dogs here for 20 years. My parents also brought their cats and dogs here as well. The patient facing care we received the last few years was absolutely terrible. Not answering calls and not returning calls in a timely manner. When we would get an answer, mist of the time it was a simple text. Our dog went was diagnosed with anal gland cancer and cancer in a lymph node. We had to wait for almost a week to get results back on an ionized calcium test. We were so upset by this that we went to Vet Health Imaging and Countryside Vets in Appleton. The vet themself is phenomenal. However, the other staff are absolutely terrible. Their cost is twice what I normally pay and the communication is horrible.

We had to unfortunately put our doggy down, and the Tech and Dr. Kelly, was absolutely amazing, kind, compassionate, we cant thank you enough for making cheese comfortable as well as the family, thank you again for the exceptional care you showed cheese.
