What a smooth experience! The office staff was very friendly and I was seen right on time. Dr. Kwak was professional and quick but never made me feel rushed. He explained my diagnosis and treatment options so clearly, ensuring I understood everything. He has a wonderful, calming presence that immediately put me at ease. It's great to find a doctor where the whole system works well! Highly recommend.

It was a great experience: a warm welcome, little waiting and Dr. Ashour is amazing, very professional, thorough, attentive and responsive to all my concerns. She modified my BP medication to balance it better for my situation. She is very humane and does not ignore anything I say, unlike many other physicians. No wonder she is in such great demand. Wow! Where to begin?! The practice is so nice as well as the staff. Got checked in really quickly and everyone was super friendly and welcoming. I waited a few mins to be called in and the PA took such great care of me! I usually have a hard time with blood draws because my veins are deep inside but she did it in so painlessly and in one second! I’ve never had such an easy time with bloodwork. Dr. Kwak came right after and asked me all the questions. He listened really well and immediately had an idea of what might be causing me issues based on my symptoms. He was so understanding and kind! I’ve never had such a pleasant experience with the doctor before. I so appreciate my friend referring me to him. I cannot say enough nice things about this practice and staff. 10/10 recommend.

This is the best doctor’s office I have ever been to. Angela the nurse is so pleasant & friendly. She takes pride in her work. Dr. Florio is such a great doctor. So thorough. I never feel rushed. Whenever I send him a message or question through the patient portal, he always gets back to me. When any test results come in, he sends them to me right away with detail explanations of the results. I really appreciate the care I receive from them. Thank you

Saw Dr Koumas this past week for the second time. He was great. Very soft spoken and patient. He explains things to you and answers any and all questions. The office staff is wonderful. I highly recommend seeing him.
