World of Animals at Bethayres

I have been with World of Animals for thirty years - two cairn terriers and am continuing with my new cairn puppy and wouldn’t even consider going elsewhere for her care as the care and compassion at World of Animals is outstanding. Dr. Borland cared for my precious Lola before we sent her to doggie heaven. She’s the best but any time she wasn’t available, and we saw another doctor, they were top notch as well. The staff, as well, from the front desk to the technicians, etc. Thank you so much! PS! I wish they would build a pet hotel behind their clinic as I would trust them completely to care for any pet while their owner is away!

I had a great experience at this clinic. The staff was kind, calm, and genuinely attentive — they actually listen instead of rushing through the appointment. The veterinarian explained everything clearly and didn’t push unnecessary tests or services. My dog was having a serious issue with intense itching and scratching himself to the point of bleeding. The doctors immediately identified the problem and explained what was going on, which was a huge relief. I was also very grateful that they were able to see us the same day — just a few hours after I called. The exam was gentle, my dog was comfortable, and all treatment instructions were straightforward and easy to follow. Medications were provided right away, and the pricing was fair and transparent. Great vets, great location. Personally, I am not a fan of my dog receiving treatment in a different room than I am in. I totally understand why they do this, but for me, I want to be in the room while my pets get seen. But again, great place!

The vets have always been thorough and professional, helping me to understand the best ways to help my pets stay healthy.

Excellent vet. Staff is always very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Stupine doesn't see dollars signs, he cares about you and your animals needs - gives suggestions on different care options.
