Worland Pharmacy

My father, husband and I are here for the summer. Being older people, we require a lot of medications. I have never been treated so rudely by a pharmacist. The ladies working there are very nice but that pharmacist was unbelievable! I gave them the number of the previous pharmacy. I called previous pharmacy to let them know where we were and what we needed. There was some confusion at the Worland pharmacy concerning 2 of the medications. I can understand that. What I don't understand is the rude attitude. This pharmacist doesn't have time to "call every hi-vee pharmacy in the area" ( I gave him the direct number) and he's " not spending all day playing games ". Ok. Fine. I am from way out of state traveling with my family and we got stranded in Worland. I had prescriptions for my daughter I needed filled and let me tell you how happy I was to find this place. It's clean, all the staff is so very helpful. They had my daughter's meds filled in a jiffy. Couldn't ask for better service in this small town.

The Worland Pharmacy is awesome. The staff are very knowledgeable. When I couldn't locate something at the pharmacy, the staff actually led me to the product, you rarely can find this kind of service anymore! On top of that, the staff are patient, kind and treat you like a human being. They have a wide variety of products.

Not only do I love the drive up, i love the inside too. It’s nice, cleaned, and organized so you can easily find what you’re looking for. The staff of incredibly nice and helpful.

Outstanding customer service and care , Made me feel so right at home and comfortable, totally knowledgeable staff .. best pharmacy I’ve been to in many years 🌹
