If I could give this office " No Stars?" I would have done that 🤣 Me and a friend went to WorkOne in Hammond, IN.The facility was going through some changes. We asked the Receptionist to let us know; When the facility will be in progress. (Instead?) I was contacted by "Joy" from the Winamac office. I was unable to take the call so she left me a voice message. She took it upon herself to schedule me an appointment. (Mind you?) I never spoke to her. I did not authorize her to schedule me an appointment. I have never heard of Winamac, IN. There is a Workone office located in Gary, IN. as well. That one is a closer to me! Who's going to take a 90 min drive to an unknown area? SMDH 😡

It has been wonderful and help me out a lot. Mrs Linda was professional and very knowledgeable. It was a great experience and I learn something.

Maria at the Morocco IN satellite location was instrumental in the final success in completing IDme. The IDme experience was complicated and frustrating and she got passed it using a Webcam. Thank you Maria!

Was an amazing help, and carefully made sure I had everything I needed so then I can be successful for the future. Great people here most definitely.
