This is a great team of care providers and professionals. I have had nothing but good experiences since they moved to the new location. Toni the nurse was great, as was Karen. I don't know all their names but they are all great!

I came here a while back to complete my medical exam for a driving job. A few weeks later, another opportunity came up where I needed a specific form completed — one that asked for pretty much the same information as the exam I had already done and paid for here. Even though it had been a few weeks since my visit, the front desk staff listened, understood the situation, and went out of their way to help. The doctor personally stepped out to check on it and without hesitation said, “If it’s for a good cause, absolutely.” They took care of everything quickly and at no extra charge — which, in today’s world, is rare. For starters due to the fact they are now at a new location. I made the mistake of entering this establishment through the back door which was the employee entrance. I was not approached with disrespect or aggression for my mistake. Instead a Pretty Young lady with a short hair style. Instead insisted she help me get the assistance I needed. She did. The gentlemen at the front were informative in reference to the different variations of testing they offer. The physician Big Tommy was more than considerate of my hair restrictions that some people don't understand or try too, & proficient in his test process. Went here back in 2022 for a annual physical for my job. Was there before they even opened to be there on time. Came in with one other person at opening. Receptionist had not even arrived at her job on time. So those in the lobby had to wait for the Receptionist. Once she arrived she was miserable,rude,and unprofessional. I felt bad for the lady that worked with her,needless to say,didn't get my physical done there. Rather went and got it done out of pocket at Newton medical,at least they were everything she wasn't. 🤷‍♂️ How can you be rude to people when you weren't even to your job on time. I certainly don't miss Covid-era attitudes 😅
