I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Word of Mouth with Shai. I walked in with so much pain in my shoulder that it hurt to even move, and I walked out feeling like a completely different person. Her hands are truly magical! The environment was spotless, calm, and relaxing, which immediately put me at ease. Shai herself is super friendly, welcoming, and made me feel so comfortable the entire time. She really listened and focused on the areas that needed the most attention. This was hands down the best massage I’ve ever had, and I’ve officially found my new go-to place. Deep Tissue massage that was out of this world! FANTASTIC. Oh my goodness, I just had the best massage ever by Shai. She is professional, more than reasonably priced, and attentive to your sore areas. I've asked for deep tissue massages before and very rarely does a massage therapist deliver. She delivers alright. Genuinely one of the best massages I've had! With prior massages, I usually feel a little meh about the pressure of the Swedish massage never being quite firm enough but also not wanting a deep tissue massage but Shai managed to absolutely nail that perfect level. I got a 90 minute massage + aromatherapy and it was wonderful, relaxing, and I felt great afterwards. I will 100% be back!
