Worcester pharmacy makes me feel like that really care. The staff is amazing and they dont just hand me my prescriptions and send me on my way like other pharmacies do. They let me know when the insurance is costing me more and work to get the costs lowered. They put in the time and effort! Unless my insurance company forces me to go to online ordering...Worcester Pharmacy is my go to!

Best Pharmacy I've ever used. Service is TOP NOTCH. They know all of their customers by first name and our needs. It is such a different experience than corporate pharmacies. You aren't just a script to fill but a part of the neighborhood. The techs are always friendly and available for any questions you may have. It also takes a fraction of the time there versus other places I have used.

These are the kindness, most helpful, knowledgable, group of people. It is such a relief to be able to go to a stand alone pharmacy, where they know one's name, and not to a chain filled with too many products, an answering phone system that is endless and useless , and where one is just a number. There are some products that reflect their culture and so interesting to read about. I am so lucky to have switched my pharmacy needs to them.

Well I can only say great things about this pharmacy! The pharmacist is very attentive and accommodating to my personal needs as far as medication. He always takes the time to step away for a moment and explain my medications and any questions I might have. For once a pharmacist who doesn't make you feel like you're a burden!
