after contacting several dental companies for an appointment bc I have an infection. Those companies didnt have appointments for a week or so. Well I walked in to Worcester Dental Care an asked if they accepted my insurance in a matter of minutes Michelle gave me an appointment for the next day!!!! She was great!! She checked when I last got my dentures and provided me with dates of denture service. I hope that my future experiences are as wonderful as my first. For the first time in my life Im excited to go to the dentist!!! Great first impression front desk!!! Keep Smiling!!!

IMPORTANT: Grace Family Dental saved the tooth these people said was unsavable! It just needed a filling. Stay away! Dr. Sood at WDC said I need my tooth either pulled or a root canal which she stated lacked the expertise to perform and so referred me to their affiliate, Marlborough Endontics which is a nearly half hour drive from my house. A root canal is on the list of services at WDC website. I waited 40 minutes to be seen and I arrived on time. I'm a reputable reviewer unlike some of the reviewers here who only leave 5 stars with no text. I suspect they were solicited or are friends of the employees there. The staff is overall kind and happy to help. I was able to book an appointment painlessly and be seen quickly as a new patient. Christina was great at checking in during each visit and welcoming me. Dr. Anabel is knowledgable, warm and patient with explaining everything thoroughly. She is the best dentist I have seen.

The first time I had an appointment I had a bad abscess, the staff was great. They took me right into the room, and I felt very comfortable. I have never felt this with any other Dental staff, I’ve been a patient since that time. I am having a partial done now and had a cleaning today. I recommend this office, They are friendly and knowledgeable

Had a root canal done here for the 1st time! Cute and clean environment with friendly staff. Even when behind on time, things are done efficiently. Definitely recommend!
