Dr. Chang is amazing. Her approach is both professional and welcoming. She clearly explains the diagnosis and thoroughly discusses the treatment plan. As a former vet tech, I had an understanding of what to expect coming into a vets office and this visit was great! The whole staff, receptionist, tech and Dr. Chang were all incredible. This office proves why they get such good reviews. I cannot express how grateful I feel to find a vets office not only close to my home, but with staff who are so willing to let me help when it came to my dogs exam. Thank you so much! ❤️

We had to say goodbye to one of our family members tonight, and losing a pet is such a difficult and emotional experience. I became very worried later in the day when our cat’s condition deteriorated, and I didn’t think she would make it through the weekend. I called several vets in the area and was told it was too late to be seen. When I called Woof, they told us to come right over. They took the time to do a thorough health check and carefully explained what they found. More than that, they truly cared. They gave us the time and space we needed to say goodbye, stayed after closing without ever making us feel rushed, and treated our cat with dignity and respect. We moved to Texas a few years ago and have visited several vets in Austin. Woof is absolutely at the top of my list. Thank you

Dr. Chang and her team at Woof Animal Hospital are truly exceptional. From the moment we walked in, she showed heartfelt compassion and a deep love for animals. Even though our beloved Dante didn’t make it, Dr. Chang stood by us every step of the way—comforting us, crying with us, and helping us navigate one of the hardest moments we’ve faced. I can’t recommend her and the entire Woof team enough.

Simply the best vet in Austin! They take great care of their furry patients and have affordable prices. Our Min Pin got oral surgery done here and we have been going here ever since. The doctors are kind, treat our dog as if it’s their own, and the facility is very clean and well kept. Our dog always hated going to the vet but this one she actually gets excited when we come for a visit. Thank you to everyone @ Woof Animal Hospital! Ya’ll the best!
