Woodside Pediatrics

Dr Adams is fine but her staff at the Silver Spring office always drags down the experience. They have told me to come by to pick up and drop off forms during hours the office is closed after I specifically asked them if they were going to be open during that time. I made a special trip and paid for parking only to find a locked office. Today after insurance rejected a miscoded claim I called the Woodside office and told I have to call back four days later to talk to Martha. The receptionist was unwilling to take a message and was unwilling to give me an email address or another way to communicate. Waiting 4 days makes it more likely I'll forget exactly what the claims representative told me. Visiting the College Park office has been a more satisfying experience.
