I am very unhappy with how this insurance issue was handled. I received a call from a representative who spoke to me in an aggressive tone while informing me that my husband had an outstanding balance due to difficulties confirming his insurance. When I tried to ask clarifying questions and offer possible solutions, I was met with continued hostility. I then asked whether she had spoken directly with my husband. She stated that each time she called, he answered and immediately hung up on her. I explained that this is not something he would do and began to confirm whether she had the correct phone number, but she cut me off and insisted she already had the right information. Overall, this was a very poor customer service experience. There is no reason to speak to people in such a disrespe

We found Woodmont Dental when we moved to the Canton area and couldn’t be happier. The office team is a friendly and efficient. They are good about working you in when the unexpected comes up. The hygienists and dental assistants are very friendly. I feel very comfortable with Dr. Johnson. He does a great job explaining the best course of action.

The dental hygienist at Woodmont Dental are very thorough in taking care in the cleaning of your teeth and gums. They are friendly, professional, helpful and knowledgeable. They make sure to inform you if you have any issues or potential problems with your teeth or gums. I’ve been examined by both doctor Johnson and Koagel, they too are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The front office staff are very helpful with scheduling and handling insurance questions. I’d highly recommend Woodmont Dental if you’re looking for dentists or hygienists in the Canton area.

Just started coming to Woodmont Dental about 5 weeks ago & they are awesome! The receptionist are very friendly & DMD Nick Johnson is wonderful. Of course, an outstanding call out to Tonya, the dental asst, who does all the prep work. She is so thorough, knowledgeable, gentle & super friendly. Highly recommend Woodmont Dental for your dental care. You won’t be disappointed!

Tate is Great. Love her! The entire office staff is pretty awesome as well. Dr Johnson, he is very attentive and shoots straight. My entire family goes to woodmont dental and none of us has any complaints.
