I had my first appointment. The receptionist was very pleasant to talk to. Made me feel like we were friends for years. The dental assistant was a very knowledgeable and intelligent young woman. Very impressed by her intelligence. When I meet the denisthe was a very pleasant man to speak with also. I want to have implants. He was more concerned with my well being. Than what I wanted. Wish once he explained why he felt this way. Made me realize he is more concerned about what is best for my well being. Than making more money. Class act.

Clean and spacious. Very easy to schedule with same-week availability. Incredibly accommodating and kind staff. I was solo parenting with my 2-year-old and 4-year-old (patient). It was pretty difficult and the staff were helping entertain my little one so I could be there with my son (who was not very cooperative). They took the time to explain things to him so he wouldn’t be scared and were incredibly patient with his resistance of the process! Our whole family will continue coming back — thank you for providing an understanding and gracious experience.

I had a great experience at Wooded Hills Dental Care. Vicky was welcoming and helpful from the moment I walked in. I was experiencing sensitivity in one tooth and also wanted to fix my bite, since it’s crossed. I really appreciated how gentle and thorough the cleaning and checkup were. Dr. Aguilera was incredibly helpful and took great care to protect my tooth and relieve the sensitivity. I was amazed by the technology he used to show and explain everything clearly! It made me feel very informed throughout the visit. I’m also excited to start my Invisalign treatment! They accepted my insurance, and billing was handled efficiently. I highly recommend this office if you’re looking for thoughtful, professional dental care.

Had an appointment many months ago. Bill didn’t seem right. Called the office, no answer. No problem. Left a VM. No response after a few days. Called again left a VM. No response. Months later I get info in the mail to pay my bill. Again, I have questions so I call. No response. Knowing they won’t return VM, I select the “pay my bill” option hoping to speak to a person. I’m finally connected. I tell them I’ve called multiple times and haven’t heard back. They promise me I’ll get a call back tomorrow. Nope. Doesn’t happen. Call back again two days later, and now I can’t reach a person at all. Have to leave a VM. So frustrating. Can’t believe I have to write a paragraph on google to get a response.

I had a challenging root canal done on a large molar. Dr. Aguilera was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. When the X-rays showed a tricky root system, that wasn’t a problem; their CT scanner gave Dr. Garcia a 3D map of my tooth. Dr. Aguilera made a plan and, 90 minutes later, an X-ray showed a perfect root canal. I appreciate the team at Wooded Hills Dental Care, and the job well done.
