Woodlane is really the best pharmacy. Been going to them for about 10yrs & they've always been beyond great. At bigger pharmacies I've never received the level of attention and assistance that WL provides. Pretty much everyone in this area loves this place.. those who don't just haven't been. Thanks for the years of help

Michelle was amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure medication was delivered on time. It's good to know that people who work there actually CARE about patients.

Pharmacist really rude and refused to answer questions and hung up phone. Really bad customer service. 7/2/24 This pharmacy has horrible customer service. A week and a half ago I called in for my prescription and I was told I will get a call to let me know when medication is in. A week passes and nothing. So I finally called to find out what’s going on. They tell me medication is in and I decided to asked when was medicine filled and they stated on 6/25/24. A whole week has passed and no call. This is poor service. I hate this pharmacy.

I absolutely love this pharmacy. I have been coming here for so long that even the pharmacist knows my voice. I never wait longer than 5 minutes, and when I had little kids they delivered the medication. From Michelle to Ravi to all the staff I am thankful that you are so close to my house.
