I never been there. I was thinking to change my doc to nearby my home. I have been having pallets for a couple of years. These horrible reviews assure me not to switch my doc just for a convenience. I rather drive for an hour to see my doc then. Thanks for the honest reviews Ladies!!!

Dr. Silpa Senchani Was amazing. Very thorough and toke her time with my case.

I scheduled an appointment for 9:30 on a Monday. At 1:30pm on Friday, they called and wanted my insurance information. I gave the information when I filed out my initial information online. I told her I didn't have that information on me and I couldn't get it to her before they closed. She then told me to expect a very lengthy wait on my appointment because they'll need to verify my insurance. (I've never had this issue before). I got to my appointment at 9:15 and gave her my insurance card. I was verified right away. I was put into a room at 9:45. And there i say until I left at 10:20. I rescheduled for the following Monday to give them a chance. But when questioned why I had to wait so long, I was told that the appointment before me was taking so long. An hour and a half long?? don’t get suckered into getting weight loss help from here like I did. You can get semaglutide for way cheaper else where. The price start is $300. And then when you’re just getting started, $400, $450 and so on. I wasn’t aware it was going to keep increasing EVERY month, I found someone else who charges half this and it’s the same medication?? Anyways, the snob assistant who works there I’ve never had any nice encounter with her, she’s always in a bad mood. This is the most uncaring office ive ever been too. And all they want is money, I don’t recommend this place to anyone. And that sucks because it’s 5 minutes from my house and it was really convenient, but it is what it is, another patient lost I guess 🤷🏼‍♀️

Their new provider they have in doesn’t even know how to send out a test being done. Even after I said something to her to make sure it’s being done right she just had a nasty attitude and didn’t give a damn about anything I was saying. After calling and asking and asking them to reach out to lab multiple times, Finally they reach out to lab to find out she didn’t send the test order properly. I traveled 2 hours to go to this doctors office to be seen by Dr.Garity and was placed last min with the new doctor Varges. As long as she is there I do not recommend at alllll.
