Only posting this because I’ve had not one, but two bad experiences with this care team. After my procedure, I was told someone would call and review results over the phone… this never happened and I had to call numerous times and speak to the OM to get this to happen. They wanted me to come in even though there was no bad news. The OM had to see if Dr. Pressman or Erica Taylor would be willing to review it over the phone , even though I was told this was the plan. It took about a month for me to speak to someone and review my results, which were not bad (I understand some results are bad and need to be reviewed in person, but this was not the case). Next issue: I reached out through the portal with a medical issue… and received not one, not two, but THREE different care plans from Dr. Pr
I can’t speak to Dr. Pressman’s quality of care because I have to wait 5 months to see her, but the P.A. Erica Taylor has cancelled my appointments 3 times now, all on the day of or day before, and tried to get me to re-schedule for tele-health appointments. That’s great for mental health but a complete waste of time and money for anything internal. The office always says she is “ill” but continues to make appointments for her knowing she’ll cancel last minute. And if she’s sick, how can she do tele-health appointments? Internal medicine isn’t a WFH field, but it seems like she’s trying to turn into one. Very unprofessional and just shows they don’t care about their patients.
It is usually a great office but when I went last time I told them I was suffering and they decided I needed a colonoscopy and endoscopy but they only booked me 6 months out. I’m just supposed to struggle for 6 months
I have had only caring professional care and treatment by Dr Pressman. She is an excellent doctor and professional. Erica Taylor is also very professional and caring. I recommend them for any women looking for good honest care.
Dr. Fayek is an extremely cold individual. I've been suffering from stomach pains for 13 years, I've had various procedures, and all she came up with was ibs prescribed me meds that didn't help. After a year of trying other doctors in different fields to determine if there was another cause, I came back to Fayek with questions. When she came into the room, she didn't greet me she merely asked what was wrong with you. She mad me feel so unimportant. It was as if I was faking, and she was tired of it. I wish her nothing
